  I hired Chad's A/c Direct to help me with the A/C issues at my home. Chad came to my home at the scheduled time and explain to me why I was having the issues and gave me good,better and best options. I made my choice and Chad's A/c Direct took care of the rest. I was skeptical at first. A lot was promised,but a lot more was delivered! I liked Chad,but his crew won me over the their knowledge and professionalism. The would not stop until the job was compete and completely right. They worked in the rain and past 5 pm. I never heard a complaint,negative comments or disrespect. I spoke with his staff in the office,they were positive and fun to talk to. I felt very good about the investment I made with Chad's A/c Direct. A long time friend ask me to give them a chance. She was happy with them and so am I. Thank you,Chad and staff.
