  I've been a patient here for nearly 20 years, because my doctor and the lab technician are fantastic. Everything else about this practice is dismal. It seems that they see a lot of Medicaid patients, and so treat everyone with the respect they feel a ghetto criminal deserves. From the time you walk in the door they'll treat you like an inferior. The staff turnover rate is appalling. Don't try to get anything accomplished over the phone. Even my insurance company and pharmacy have told me that they dread calling BFM because the staff is rude and incompetent. If I could convince my doctor to leave this practice I'd never come near this place again.
