  HORRIBLE customer service. I SPECIFICALLY told them what I wanted and they completely messed it up. Not only that, but they expected me to pay to correct THEIR error because it "takes time" to remove and fix. You should always have someone at the front desk who knows what they are doing. & if the monograph person is confused/unsure, how about calling the customer before just messing up an order. If you want to just give away your money then go here. Otherwise, I would suggest going elsewhere.
